it's my girls' world

This tree in our backyard brings me so much joy. It stands right outside our family dining area and I can see the tops of the branches from my closet window. In the spring, it bears such beautiful flowers- sorry, Cassia corrected me, informing me that they were blossoms. It sheds its flowers and is so lush in the summer, very green and shady. In the fall, before the leaves start to fall, they turn such a beautiful autumn colour. And in the winter, though the tree is bare, I look at it often in the hope that spring and the beautiful white flowers will soon come again.

Yes, that's the baby in the photo. Cassia is scared of bees so she ran inside.

These blooms don't last for very long so I am enjoying them while they last.
