All about my kindergarten kid!

Last week, I posted a little update on A and what she has been up to and is saying or doing. Not wanting to leave C out, here's a little bit about her.

She is my social butterfly. She will go to a party or to the park and instantly scour the room to see who is around her age. She then asks them to play with her and instantly makes  fast friends.

Her favourite colour is purple... and has been since she was two

C is my messy child and her room is a constant battleground for us. i.e. she is constantly leaving her stuff all over the floor and I am constantly nagging screaming telling her to put them away

C is a great reader already. I am so happy about this as I am quite the reader myself

Also like me, she can be a bit sensitive and prone to easy tears. We're working on that. No one likes a crybaby.

She loves to help me bake. Helping me clean up though--- not her favourite thing!

Cass loves carbs and has a sweet tooth. I think she is a picky eater but they tell me at her school that she is a great eater.... and I know it's not my cooking :-)  I think she likes simpler food and I often make meals with different textures and flavours.

She loves dance more than anything else. Her favourite show to watch this summer was SYTYCD and because of that, she wants to do jazz this year instead of ballet... actually she's like to do lots of different dance but I'm only letting her choose one!

She can make her little sister belly laugh more than anyone else.

C is so imaginative. She has quite a few imaginary friends, is part of a special secret agency spy club and is not shy about telling everyone about it.

This kid is my night owl... she will go to bed as late as I let her!

She loves arts and crafts! The dollar store is her idea of a good time.

Girlfriend is a real girly girl and loves dress-up, dolls, tea parties, makeup and special hair-styles

C loves school but also loves lazy weekend days... in general, she just loves life. She is often heard saying-- "this is the best day of my life!"

I've wanted to be a girl-mom all my life and Cassia made me one! I'm so proud of my daughter and the qualities that she has. She reminds me of myself in so many ways- exasperating and exciting at the same time. I can't wait to see what the future holds for her.

Linking up today for Thoughts for Thursday with Nat and Annie.
