October Goals 2016

First time that I'm going a monthy goals post! Yay me ;-) I figured some accountability was in order! 



Here's what I hope to accomplish this month:

+ Fitness
-get in a workout at least 5 days weekly
- try different muscle training exercises- muscle memory is real, friends!

+ Diet
-continue our eating clean and loosely following the 21 day fix meal plan about 80% of the time
- try to lose at least 3 more lbs this month. (recap coming soon) 

+ Blogging
-do at least 3 posts weekly
- post more actively on my facebook page- truth be told, I've avoided it not to become one of those people you get fed up of seeing on your main page so let's see...

+ House
- finish the kitchen re-org and one other room (TBD)
- unpack my wedding china (!!!)
- take all the extra stuff to the donation centre

+ Kids:
- Sign C up for skiing this winter
- Visit a pumpkin patch
Get the kids more involved in our Canadian Thanksgiving celebration.

+ Family:
- Make some pumpkin treats together
- Do a Divali craft
- Pumpkin carving time
- Halloween decorating!

+ Me:
- Read at least one book
- Girls' day trip for shopping and a show.

Keeping it simple as it's the first time! Happy October, friends!!

  2. Muscle memory IS totally for real. I am battling it for sure. If you fin anything good let me know. I think you have set yourself up for a pretty amazing October.

  4. I see a running theme with everyone being a fan of October even me who doesn't get to enjoy the Fall weather! I think you have some great goals lined up for your fitness and family things. What date is Thanksgiving in Canada again?
