Just a few shots from Thanksgiving 2016. It was such a low key, easy day. My parents visited for the weekend and D's cousin and his family also joined us for dinner. Here are a few shots from our day.
A brined, well seasoned bird
Fall mimosas for the win
Some fresh October air after lunch/dinner and a random rose.
Who knew last Thanksgiving that we'd be moved into a new house.
(Not I, said the hen)
A little pumpkin
Three generations
This was followed by some amazing pumpkin pie (devoured too fast to be pictured), some more good times and an early tryptophan bedtime for most :-)
A wonderful day for sure!

ReplyDelete"Not I said the hen" made me laugh. Happy Thanksgiving. Bring on Halloween (I like one holiday at a time).
ReplyDeleteAnd now I am starving! It looks like you guys had an amazing time celebrating! Hope the rest of your week goes well. Also, I am totally jealous that you get Thanksgiving and then time to enjoy fall after instead of the Christmas craziness that happens here in America.
ReplyDeleteHappy late Thanksgiving...all those dishes look delicious! I'm jealous of the fall weather..we are in winter mode still :(
