Watergate Salad

This is a good one with variations floating around the internet that my friend Kathryn brought over one night. Super simple, not the best for you but so easy in a pinch.

Ingredients:

1 packet of instant pistachio pudding
1 can of crushed pineapple drained
250 ml whipping cream mixed (I only had a can that my MIL left here)
1/2 container of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup of crushed walnuts or pistachios crushed (optional)

Method

1- Mix the pudding and the crushed pineapple together
2- Add all the other ingredients.

Even though it kinda looks like coloured dog food, this is a popular one with the kids and adults alike! And so, so easy. It takes more time cleaning up than it does making it-- seriously.

Linking up with CourtneyElizabethJamieSarahJamie and Whitney. Though this isn't really a meal (well in our house, anyway), it certainly is a quick one if you're having friends over on a weeknight!
