it's my girls' world

How did those double digits creep up so quickly?! Today, we have a ten year old in the house! Sidenote, she's 10 on the 10th... so an even doubly special birthday.

C is a bright, shiny, beautiful little lady. She has a kind heart and a sweet soul. She is always up for a good time and little laugh. She has the biggest FOMO, is always up on kid pop culture and fashions and her musicality rocks!

She is a busy one that's for sure. This year, she's doing/already did violin, piano, skiing, karate, swimming, engineering and will start soccer again very soon. She loves it all and will incorporate even more if my time/our budget permits (sidenote, not happening). Ask her to do some extra math (which she's kind of awesome at) and she will procrastinate all the way until the nighttime.

Our little social butterfly, she navigates the playground politics aptly and has a few really great friends both at school and at swimming. I truly see her in her element with her swim friends in the change room and it warms my mama heart.
