I just don't push myself as hard if I feel like I'm in a rut. I've done 21 day Fix in the past (have the DVDs) but back in Nov/Dec, I got Beachbody On Demand and really love it. There's no excuses since I just have to travel to my basement to workout! Intermittent fasting as been essential for me as well.
